These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MyBusinessFit , available at mybusinessfit.com (“MyBusinessFit ”, “the Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, completing the Business Fit Assessment, purchasing a Business Fit Report, or otherwise interacting with the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.

2. Service Description

MyBusinessFit is an AI-based business-fit platform that helps users explore what kind of business direction may fit their skills, experience, resources, goals, risk tolerance, and preferred working style.

The Service may include:

  • a Business Fit Assessment,
  • a Business Fit Preview,
  • a paid AI-generated Business Fit Report,
  • personalized business-fit analysis,
  • strengths and preference analysis,
  • suggested business directions,
  • business directions to avoid,
  • validation steps,
  • a 7-day validation plan,
  • a 30-day roadmap,
  • secure report access links,
  • report delivery by email,
  • related website content, explanations, and supporting materials.

The Service is intended to help users think through possible business directions. It does not guarantee success, income, business results, funding, employment outcomes, or any other specific result.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a paid Business Fit Report.

By using the paid Service, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old,
  • you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms,
  • the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge,
  • you are using the Service for lawful purposes.

The Service is not intended for children.

4. Business Fit Assessment

To use the Service, you may be asked to complete a Business Fit Assessment.

The assessment may ask about:

  • your profession or current work situation,
  • skills and experience,
  • interests,
  • preferred working style,
  • types of work you enjoy,
  • types of work you want to avoid,
  • available time,
  • goals,
  • risk tolerance,
  • resources,
  • previous projects or business attempts,
  • other context you choose to provide.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

The quality and usefulness of the Business Fit Preview and Business Fit Report depend on the quality of your answers. If your answers are incomplete, inaccurate, unrealistic, or misleading, the output may be less useful or unsuitable for your situation.

You should not submit sensitive personal data unless it is strictly necessary. For example, you should avoid submitting information about health, political opinions, religion, biometric data, sexual orientation, criminal convictions, or similar sensitive categories of data.

5. Business Fit Preview

After completing the assessment, you may receive a free Business Fit Preview.

The preview is a limited, partial analysis based on your answers. It is intended to help you understand the type of result the Service can provide.

The preview does not include the full Business Fit Report, detailed roadmap, or complete recommendation.

We may change the content, format, availability, or scope of the preview at any time.

6. Paid Business Fit Report

The paid Business Fit Report is a personalized AI-generated report based on the information you provide through the Business Fit Assessment.

The report may include:

  • executive summary,
  • strongest signals from your profile,
  • business-fit profile,
  • recommended business direction,
  • explanation of why the direction may fit you,
  • your personal advantages,
  • business directions to avoid,
  • first validation test,
  • 7-day validation plan,
  • 30-day roadmap,
  • confidence score,
  • assumptions and limitations,
  • next best action.

The report is generated automatically after payment and is delivered through a secure report link. The link may be displayed on the website and/or sent to the email address you provide.

You are responsible for keeping your secure report link private. Anyone with access to the link may be able to view the report.

7. Payment

7.1 Price

The current price of the Business Fit Report is displayed on the website before purchase.

The initial price may be, for example:

$19 USD for the Full Business Fit Report + Roadmap

We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

7.2 Payment Processor

Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider.

Stripe handles payment processing, payment card data, fraud checks, and related payment operations.

We do not store your full credit card number, card security code, or complete payment card details on our servers.

By making a payment, you agree to comply with the payment provider’s applicable terms and policies.

7.3 Payment Confirmation

Your report is generated after successful payment confirmation.

In some cases, there may be a short delay while payment confirmation is received from the payment provider or while the report is generated.

If payment is not completed, fails, is disputed, or is reversed, we may refuse access to the paid report or suspend delivery.

8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Withdrawal Rights

8.1 Digital Product

The paid Business Fit Report is a digital product/service generated based on your individual assessment answers.

Once the report has been generated and made available to you, the digital content has been delivered.

8.2 EU/EEA Consumer Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days.

However, where permitted by applicable law, this right may be lost when:

  • you expressly consent to immediate performance or delivery of the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period, and
  • you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once performance or delivery begins.

For this reason, the checkout process may ask you to confirm that you want the report to be generated and delivered immediately and that you understand the effect this may have on your withdrawal rights.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

8.3 Refund Policy

Because the report is personalized digital content generated from your answers, refunds are not automatically provided after the report has been generated and delivered, except where required by law.

However, we want the Service to be useful. If you believe your report was not generated correctly, was not delivered, or was clearly defective, contact us at:

We may, at our discretion:

  • regenerate the report,
  • correct a technical issue,
  • resend the report link,
  • provide a refund,
  • provide another reasonable solution.

If a separate money-back guarantee or refund promise is displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase, that specific promise will apply in addition to these Terms.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation,
  • infringe the rights of others,
  • submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or misleading content,
  • submit malicious code, spam, or harmful material,
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems,
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Service,
  • scrape, copy, or extract large amounts of data from the Service without permission,
  • resell, redistribute, white-label, or commercially exploit the Service without written authorization,
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract underlying prompts, workflows, models, or systems,
  • submit intentionally false or manipulative information to distort outputs,
  • use the Service to generate illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful business plans,
  • use the Service to make decisions on behalf of third parties without lawful authority.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of the information, answers, ideas, descriptions, and other content you submit to the Service (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, transmit, analyze, and use that content solely as necessary to:

  • provide the Service,
  • generate your preview,
  • generate your report,
  • process payment-related service delivery,
  • provide customer support,
  • maintain security,
  • improve and debug the Service,
  • comply with legal obligations.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the User Content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

11. Generated Output

The Business Fit Preview, Business Fit Report, recommendations, roadmap, scores, summaries, and other outputs generated by the Service are provided for your personal or internal business use.

You may use your own generated report for your own decision-making and planning.

However:

  • we do not guarantee that the output is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your situation,
  • the output may contain errors or unrealistic assumptions,
  • similar outputs may be generated for other users,
  • you should independently verify and validate any recommendation before acting on it,
  • you are solely responsible for decisions made based on the output.

You may not resell, repackage, white-label, or redistribute the Service itself or use the Service to create a competing product without our written permission.

12. AI Services Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence and automated analysis to generate previews, reports, recommendations, and roadmaps.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable,
  • recommendations are informational and advisory only,
  • business conditions, markets, technologies, competitors, and legal requirements can change quickly,
  • confidence scores and ratings are algorithmic estimates, not guarantees,
  • the Service may fail to identify important risks or opportunities,
  • the Service may generate suggestions that do not fit your real-world situation,
  • you should use independent judgment before acting on any recommendation.

The Service does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, psychological, employment, or professional business advice.

You should consult qualified professionals before making significant financial, legal, tax, employment, or business decisions.

13. No Guarantee of Results

MyBusinessFit does not guarantee that:

  • you will start a successful business,
  • you will earn money,
  • you will replace your job,
  • you will validate an idea,
  • you will find customers,
  • you will avoid failure,
  • any recommendation will work,
  • any business direction will be profitable.

The Service is designed to support thinking, planning, and exploration. All business decisions remain your sole responsibility.

14. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers, including:

  • hosting providers,
  • database providers,
  • AI service providers,
  • payment providers such as Stripe,
  • email delivery providers,
  • analytics or logging providers.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and technical requirements.

We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, errors, delays, policies, or processing practices, except where required by applicable law.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Intellectual Property

16.1 Our Content and Technology

The Service, including its website design, branding, text, structure, software, workflows, prompts, report templates, code, databases, visual elements, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

16.2 Trademarks

“MyBusinessFit ”, “Business Fit Assessment”, and related names, logos, and branding may be trademarks or trade names of the Service.

You may not use our branding without written permission.

16.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or improvement requests, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

17. Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including:

  • assessment questions,
  • preview format,
  • report structure,
  • pricing,
  • payment flow,
  • AI providers,
  • delivery methods,
  • features,
  • website content.

We are not liable for downtime, interruptions, technical issues, loss of access, or temporary unavailability, except where required by law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”,
  • we disclaim all warranties, express or implied,
  • we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate,
  • we are not liable for business decisions made based on the Service,
  • we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, data loss, reputational damage, or indirect damages,
  • we are not liable for actions you take or fail to take based on AI-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the report giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIREMES PAS, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • your use of the Service,
  • your violation of these Terms,
  • your violation of applicable law,
  • your User Content,
  • your infringement of third-party rights,
  • business decisions or actions you take based on the Service.

This section does not limit any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.

20. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

  • you violate these Terms,
  • payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed,
  • we suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use,
  • your use creates legal, security, or technical risk,
  • we are required to do so by law or by a payment provider.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including sections concerning intellectual property, generated outputs, disclaimers, limitation of liability, data protection, and dispute resolution.

21. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory consumer protection laws, the mandatory consumer protection laws will apply.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

The courts of Poland / Kraków will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

For consumers located in the European Union or European Economic Area, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply where they provide a higher level of protection.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice through the website or by email.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are published means that you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.

24. Miscellaneous

24.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any checkout terms displayed at purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

24.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

24.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

24.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

24.5 Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including technical failures, internet outages, payment provider failures, hosting provider failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, war, government action, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.
